Welcome to Fab Cool Stuff, suppliers of unique
modern music memorabilia. Many of the products you will see on this site have
been developed exclusively by ourselves and over the coming months we will be
launching many more original and innovative products, as well as continuing to
offer the more familiar items.
We are completely dedicated to your total
satisfaction. Employees can be replaced but customers can't!
We are officially based in the United Kindgom, but
we work closely with the United States Postal Service through our overseas base
in Texas. Though many of our products are sourced and despatched in the United
States, we have sent thousands of deliveries from the United Kingdom through a
subsidised shipping service to get orders to customers as quickly and
economically as possible.
Ordering on-line
Just browse our catalog, and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa,
Mastercard and all types of debit cards. Please note, we do not accept American
Express.
Credit card security
We use 128 bit SSL, the strongest commercially
available level of encryption. All your private data will be encrypted at all
times whilst in transit over the Internet. You should see a solid padlock in
your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place.
All transactions are carried out by WorldPay - one of the world's leading
e-commerce solutions providers. All information you give to us is kept in house
and not forwarded to any third-party organisations.

Delivery of goods
We aim to despatch most orders within three
working days (up to 21 days for Gold & Platinum discs). You will receive an
email notification when your order has been shipped. In the event of any
unexpected delays, you will of course be notified.
Delivery details
Items are sent either by USPS, Airsure or
international airmail. Orders should arrive within five working days of
despatch - you will be notified by email with a more precise time upon
shipment.
Refunds
We offer a full refund on all our products if you
are not 100% satisfied — if returned within 7 days. Please notify us first
before returning goods.
Please note, we are unable to offer valuations
or advice regarding older items of music memorabilia.
